It’s completely natural to feel uncertain or nervous about starting counselling. These feelings are valid — and you’re not alone in having them. My counselling techniques are different they are practical and effective.

My ideal clients are adults  who are ready to create meaningful change in their emotional and mental wellbeing — even if they’re not sure exactly where to begin. They may be struggling with anxiety, stress, low confidence, grief, or unresolved trauma, and often feel stuck in patterns that prevent them from living fully and authentically.
