Online Counselling

Online counselling allows you to access therapy wherever you are, without the need to travel. All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.

Sessions are delivered via Zoom or WhatApp which is fully encrypted to ensure confidentiality. The format is very similar to face-to-face therapy — you’ll still have the same time and space to talk, reflect, and work through challenges with professional support.
