What Makes Me Different?
At Healthier Mind, Healthier Body in the West Midlands, I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for adults and couples to explore life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. As a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor (SNHS Dip), I am passionate about helping people navigate issues such as anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and personal growth. I have worked in counselling for over 20 years, and started off as a volunteer within my local community. Due to the many sad outcomes I had witness to many suffering in silence, I wanted to help and started counselling and advising those who have been going through numerous issues which causes stress, loss, financial difficulties, anxiety, PTSD and low self worth. I came up with a method called The Mindex Reverse Counselling.

My Counselling Style
My counselling approach is person-centred, integrative, holistic, and mindfulness-based, meaning that each session is tailored to your unique needs and experiences. I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and growth when given the right environment — one rooted in empathy, respect, and understanding. My goal is to empower you to find clarity, confidence, and balance, and to support you in discovering a deeper sense of purpose and self-awareness.

Who I Help
Over the years, I have worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds who sought help for emotional and mental health challenges affecting their daily lives. It has always been my calling to work in this field, and I feel deeply honoured to accompany clients on their personal journeys toward self-discovery and emotional well-being.
"When you work with me, you can expect a compassionate, listening ear, an empathetic and professional presence, and a collaborative space where your voice and experiences truly matter."
